Manchester United Are “Raring To Go” – Jesse Lingard

Jesse Lingard has said that Manchester United are ‘motivated’ to win the FA Cup and finish second in the Premier League

Manchester City currently sit 16 points clear at the top of the Premier League, with United in second

Manchester United in poll position to claim a runners-up spot in the division, while they will take on Tottenham Hotspur in the semi-finals of the FA Cup next month.

Lingard has said that United are “raring to go” following the international break.

“We’re always ready. As a player you just enjoy playing and you want to play every minute of each and every game you can,” Lingard told MUTV.

“There is a lot of motivation for us as a team to go and win the FA Cup and maintain that second place in the league. We get days here and there to recover and that helps keep you sharp and after this break everyone is raring to go now.”
